Ecological Safaris and Travel operates from a beautiful converted early 1900’s home in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Bulawayo is Zimbabwe’s second largest city after the capital, Harare.
Established in 1997, Eco Logical Safaris & Travel is an IATA accredited travel agency with a wealth of experience and knowledge. In December 2014, Eco Logical merged with another long standing Bulawayo based agency, The Travel Shop. This merger brought together two exceptional teams of highly experienced consultants who have the combined knowledge and expertise to achieve our ultimate goals as a business which is to provide our customers with the full suite of travel products under one roof and ensure they receive world class service. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and with our combined skills, knowledge, technical proficiency and years of experience we strive to offer the highest professional standard of service to our clients.
We ticket most of the world’s international airlines and arrange travel for people all around the globe. Whether travelling locally, regionally or internationally, our aim is to always source the most competitive fares and ensure our clients encounter no problems along the way. If they do, we provide 24/7 customer care to help solve any issues. Our travel consultants are available after business hours for urgent tickets or changes.
Eco Logical benefits from running dual airline reservation systems, being Amadeus and Galileo. This allows us to double check best fare availability and best deals on car hire, hotel reservations and even rail in Europe. Our systems keep us on the pulse of different country visa and health protocols while we can also organise travel insurance for our passengers. In fact travel and accommodation in all its forms is accessible at our fingertips.
